Shipping policy – Kampfinity

Delivery time

Processing and production: 3 working days after payment is received. Order cut-off: 14:00, Brussels time (Europe/Brussels). Orders placed after this time are processed from the next working day.

Shipping methods

GLS transit: 2–4 working days. Total estimated delivery time: 5–7 working days, Monday to Friday.

Shipping costs

Shipping is €45 per order, including orders with multiple modules. When paying in another currency, checkout shows the converted shipping charge. Collection from our workshop by appointment is free.

International delivery

We deliver to several European countries. Available delivery methods and exact charges are shown at checkout.

United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland (DDP): Belgian VAT is not charged. Local import VAT, any import duties and customs clearance are included in the total and paid by Kampfinity. You will not pay additional import charges on delivery. Please contact us before paying an unexpected payment request from a carrier.

Transport insurance and damage

We package products carefully. Report transport damage within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos of both the damage and packaging. Without this information we cannot open a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect address or missed delivery

If delivery is unsuccessful because of an incorrect address or absence, reshipping costs may be charged. Please provide a correct and complete delivery address.
