Delivery time
All our products are made to order, carefully assembled and handcrafted. The standard delivery time is between 7 and 21 working days after receipt of payment. If the delivery time is longer, we will inform you in time.

Shipping methods
We ship with reliable transport partners depending on the size and weight of your order. Large products are usually shipped by freight transport; smaller parts may be shipped by parcel service.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight and destination. Collection by appointment at our workshop is free of charge.

International shipping
We ship to several European countries. Exact shipping costs and the available shipping method are shown at checkout.
United Kingdom (DDP): UK import VAT and any applicable import duties are calculated and paid at checkout. The customer will not be charged additional import VAT, duties or customs clearance fees on delivery.
Other non-EU destinations (DAP): local VAT, import duties and customs clearance fees may be charged to the customer on delivery.

Transport insurance and damage
We package our products carefully. Any transport damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos of both the damage and the packaging. Without this information, we cannot open a claim with the carrier.

Undeliverable address or missed delivery
If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address or absence, reshipping costs may be charged. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete.
