Delivery time

All our products are made to order, carefully assembled and handcrafted. Therefore, the standard delivery time is between 7 and 21 working days after receipt of payment.

If the delivery time is longer (for example due to material shortages or exceptional demand), we will inform you in time.

Shipping methods

We ship our products with reliable transport partners, depending on the size and weight of your order. Larger items are usually delivered via pallet transport. Smaller parts may be shipped via standard parcel services (such as bpost, DPD or PostNL).

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, volume and destination.

For orders within Belgium, standard shipping costs usually range between €15 and €60, depending on the size.

Collection by appointment at our workshop is free of charge.

International shipping

We also ship to the Netherlands, Germany, France and other EU countries. Exact costs and delivery times are shown at checkout.

Please note: customs duties or import taxes for non-EU countries are always the responsibility of the customer.

Transport insurance & damage

We carefully package our products. In case of transport damage, you must notify us within 48 hours after delivery, including clear photos of both the damage and the packaging. Without this information, we cannot open a claim with the carrier.

Undeliverable address or missed delivery

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or absence at delivery, reshipping costs may be charged. Always ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete.
