At Kampfinity, all our products are made to order and specifically assembled after the order is placed. This means each item is only produced once your order has been confirmed.

For this reason, it is not possible to return or exchange products after the order has been confirmed.

Why no returns?

Our systems are custom-assembled with specific dimensions and configurations. Once production has started, these products cannot be resold or reused.

Inspection upon delivery

If, upon receiving your order, something is damaged or does not match what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours. We will work together to find an appropriate solution.
