1. Your order is the starting point
When you order a storage system, the essentials are established: the model you want, the configuration you choose and any options. These details are the starting point for production.
For modules requiring verification measurements, we check the dimensions you supply before production. These include the threshold height and the clear height of the garage opening. If anything is unclear, we get in touch.
The difference between the interior space and the opening matters. A camper garage can be spacious inside, while the door through which a module slides out is smaller. A projecting edge or threshold can also affect the available clearance.

2. From the cutting list to the aluminium stock
To start production, we take the cutting list. It specifies the lengths and quantities of profiles required for the frame.
Think of this list as the chosen configuration translated into individual parts. A finished frame consists of several profiles that together determine its shape and dimensions. Working from the cutting list gives each part its place in the assembly.
For the load-bearing frames, we mainly use 30 × 30 mm aluminium profiles. Their cross-section is 30 mm wide and 30 mm high. We also have aluminium in different thicknesses and widths, allowing us to use suitable profiles when building a module.
We then take a long aluminium bar from stock and bring it to the saw table. This is where your storage system literally begins to take shape.

3. Cutting the aluminium to length
At the saw table, we cut the long aluminium profiles into the parts specified on the cutting list. These are the pieces we will use to build the frame.
The right lengths are essential to the structure. Crosspieces and long sides must fit together. In a sliding system, the way the frame works with the runners matters too.
For you, these dimensions have a practical purpose: a module that makes good use of the available space, with components that fit together properly.
4. At the drilling table: preparing for assembly
After cutting, the aluminium goes to the drilling table. Here, we drill the holes needed for the next stage of assembly.
A profile cut to the right length is the starting point; preparing the fixing points makes it possible to assemble the parts. Their positions help determine how the connections and other components fit onto the frame.
Cutting and drilling therefore go together. They are two consecutive steps that prepare each profile for its role in the finished product.
The aluminium is machined before assembly continues on the workbench.
5. The storage system takes shape on the workbench
After cutting and drilling, production continues on the workbench. Here, the prepared parts come together as we assemble the product by hand.

A camper storage system is about more than how much you can fit inside. You also want easy access to your belongings. A box at the back of the garage may offer plenty of storage, but it is only really useful if you can reach it easily.
That is why the sliding structure plays a central role. We use slide runners in different lengths to suit the dimensions of the module. Our slide runners have a load capacity of 100 kg per drawer, providing a sturdy foundation for sliding your stored belongings out.
You bring your luggage towards the garage opening, reducing the need to search and move other items. The right runner length and a suitable layout make the system practical for everyday use.

6. Ready for shipping and easy installation
Once the product is assembled, we pack it and prepare it for shipping or free installation in your motorhome.
Prefer to install the module yourself? We have already done most of the work: our modules arrive 95% assembled. This makes self-installation as straightforward as possible.
Every module also comes with QR codes linking to installation videos. Scan the code with your smartphone to see how to complete the installation. The instructions are right there while you work.
If you would rather leave installation to us, we will fit the system in your motorhome free of charge. We will agree the practical arrangements with you.
